Symptoms |
The Prinergy Patch Utility (PPU) is a utility that is used to install software updates to the Prinergy system. When attempting to start the PPU, it fails to start and displays an error message indicating that the registry value could not be found. |

The folder where Prinergy is installed must be shared (NT share) as the "AraxiHome" folder. | |
