Symptoms |
After importing an external Harmony curve into the Harmony application, it does not show up in the Process Plan Editor. |
Cause |
Possible causes of the problem: 1. When you import a curve into Harmony, the default settings are to import it as a CURRENT curve. In Prinergy, only the CALIBRATION curves are visible in the Process Plan Editor. 2. Harmony is installed/configured incorrectly. This is likely caused because there are TWO Harmony databases (one from the Prinergy installation and one from the Harmony installation). |

Solution |
Solution for cause 1: Re-import the curve as a CALIBRATION curve. Solution for cause 2: After installation of Harmony, you must configure it to use the Prinergy installed database. Permanent fix: |
