Symptoms |
In Workshop on one particular Mac, we are not able to open the output process plans in the Process Plan Editor. This also fails with the Settings button in the "Start Output Process" dialog box. The clock just spins then stops, as if the file/window opened properly but nothing happens. We are able to open other Refine process plans, jobs, etc. on this Mac. We ARE able to open those process plans on *another* Mac and on the primary server with no problem. |

Solution |
On the problem Mac, exit Workshop & go to System Folder --> Preferences --> Araxi. Find the "username.props" file for the username that is having problems. Throw that file away and relaunch Workshop and log back in with that username. Also remember to reset the user's preferences, especially for Use Job's Workflow Toolbar. Permanent fix: |
