Refining with thumbnails turned on fails and reports an error message. |

Cause |
Prinergy 2.1.0.13 and later use the Color Combiner to convert spot colors when making thumbnails but Prinergy Access does not have Color Combiner licensed in the base configuration. | |

Solution |
Use one of the following options: A. Turn off thumbnails. B. License the Access LoRes Proofing Kit to enable Thumbnail view. C. Contact the Response Centre to disable the request to Color Combiner. Thumbnails will be made but spots will show up in a default color. Permanent fix: |
