Spot color images are missing on Final Output but are present on proofing output, i.e. the proof and plate don't match. |

Cause |
Heidelberg uses the RIP to map spots. Creo CM does its own spot mapping. | |

||
Solution |
To get the same behaviour as Heidelberg when using the Creo CM, simply remove the proof process profile from the proofing output process plan. Of course, this will prevent you from colormatching the output but now the proof will match the plate Permanent fix: |
