Cause |
Prinergy 2.1.0.13 and later use the Color Combiner to convert spot colors when making thumbnails but Prinergy Access does not have Color Combiner licensed in the base configuration. | |

Solution |
The invocation of the color-combiner in the Thumbnail-Prep JTP can be disabled if required by setting the registry key TJTP\Thumbnail-Prep\DisableColorCombiner to 1 (type REG_DWORD). The default behaviour is to invoke the color-combiner if this key is missing. Permanent fix: |
