Symptoms |
For customers using AIT versions 2.1 or older, it will crash (completely disappears) when trying to process DCS-2 files created in Prinergy that have a TIFF preview. |

Solution |
This problem is fixed in AIT 2.5 and newer. The workaround is to simply turn off generation of TIFF previews when creating DCS-2 files in Prinergy. Permanent fix: |
