Symptoms |
You get an error message from the system stating that some media is not found but it's media for a different device than the one selected. |
|

|
||
Cause |
There's a bug in Prinergy where if you don't explicitly choose a media type then the media from the default device is chosen. | |
|
|
||
Solution |
If you have only one media defined in a device, then you can't explicitly choose it. Therefore you simply need to define another media type and then in the drop down list you can now explicilty choose the one you want. Permanent fix: |
