Symptoms |
Refiner complains about missing images in a fat PDF file. The Refine process plan has OPI enabled. |

Cause |
When some applications (such as Distiller) fatten PostScript, they bring in the image and leave the OPI comment in the PDF file. When you refine the file in Prinergy with OPI enabled, Prinergy tries to interpret the OPI comment. | |
