Symptoms		Normalizer errors out saying "Failed to copy source file E:\Temp\CepsonSERVER\name.pdf to xxx".

Cause		If the CEPS JTP is on a different server than the Normalizer JTP, Normalizer will fail to process the job.

Solution		Create a process plan that explicitly references the CEPS and Normalize JTPs on the same server (e.g. CEPSonPrimary and NormalizeOnPrimary). Do not use pools if the pool members span servers. Permanent fix:
