Symptoms |
Adobe Distiller, Normalizer, and/or 3rd-party RIPs report missing fonts when refining PostScript 3 created by Prinergy. |
Cause |
The PostScript 3 created by Prinergy includes Type 2 (aka CFF or Compact Font Format) fonts. Adobe Distiller 4 and Normalizer (Prinergy 2.0.7) do not currently support these types of fonts. | |

Solution |
If you need to convert PostScript 3 to PDF, you can use Adobe Distiller 5 or Prinergy 2.1. Permanent fix: |
