Symptoms

In an output processing plan, you can't see screening parameters when the render JTP selected is a proofing pool.

Cause

DASS\Services\<POOLNAME>\PoolServices

does not match the actual list of JTPs in the pool.

Solution

There are two ways to fix the problem:

Method 1: Fix the registry:

- Go into the registry and make sure the list of JTPs in the pool -- registry key DASS\Services\<POOLNAME>\PoolServices matches the actual JTPs in the pool.

Method 2:

- Change process plan to refer to a JTP rather than a pool.
