Symptoms

When you use the copydot toolkit to measure screens of raster data created in Prinergy, the angle measurement may not match the angles specified in Prinergy process plan.

Cause

CTK version 3.0 and earlier measures angles counterclockwise starting at 3 oclock.

CTK version 4.0 has a new feature to allow configuration of rotation direction and origin.

Solution

You can configure CTK 4 to read angles with the same frame of reference as Prinergy. To configure, use the settings menu in the View window.

To match Prinergy, set the following:

- Angle Measurement Start Position: 12 o'clock

- Measure Angle Clockwise
