When you submit a PDF file with OPI comments to PDF/X-1a, the process is failed even if PDF includes images. |

Cause |
"Do OPI" option default is ON for PDF/X-1a , Prinergy see the OPI comments in the PDF and report missing images. | |

Turn off "Do OPI" option when you know the images is embedded. Permanent fix: |
