Although APA is licensed, an additional license is required to import a populated job ticket

Error		Populated job tickets fails import with "populated job ticket import is not licensed" error

Symptoms		Any populated job ticket will not import into Prinergy 2.2 even though APA is licensed.

Cause		Importing a populated job ticket was split from APA licensing. Some 2.2 license keys were generated incorrectly and the populated job ticket license was missed for some APA customers.

Solution		Licensed APA customers are entitled to a populated job ticket license and should call the response center to get this license. Currently issued 2.2 licenses for APA are being reviewed to identify the incorrect APA licenses issued to customers. Permanent fix:
