Symptoms |
Attempt to archive fails with "Unexpected error getting Araxi ID attribute for NTMS LMID". Windows 2000 Service Pack 2 is installed. |

Cause |
When the system has W2K SP2 installed, the RSM returns RPC_S_INVALID_BOUND when we are expecting ERROR_INSUFFICIENT_BUFFER. | |

Solution |
In order for a system running W2K SP2 to work with an Archiver, the Prinergy system must be at 2.0.7.7 or higher. Apply minor update 2.0.7.7 to the Prinergy system, or remove SP2. Permanent fix: Prinergy 2.0 |
