It is impossible for Prinergy to retrieve the original sub-pages after a re-refine. |

Symptoms |
After re-refining either subpages or original input files, the new subpages appear as on-line and never archived. If these files are deleted, their status becomes missing. |

Cause |
When a page is re-refined, a completely new entry is created in the registeredfile table and the old entry deleted. The old pages that were originally archived no longer exist as registered files. | |

Re-archive the new subpages. This problem will be addressed in a future version of Prinergy. Permanent fix: |
