Symptoms |
CT/LW: CEPS page does not show up in the "Input Files" section of the Workshop. TIFF/IT: CT and LW both show up as 2 input files in the "Input Files" section of the Workshop, and then fail to Refine. |

Cause |
The CEPS JTP cannot process "orphaned" CT, LW, and HC files. It requires the FP (final page) file (if page is TIFF/IT) or the .assg (assign) file (if page is CT/LW). | |

Solution |
Obtain the required FP or .assg file and process the file. . Note 1: When submitting a CEPS page to Prinergy, you only have to "Add" the FP or .assg file. Since the FP or .assg file is the master file (it has internal references to the LW and CT files), Prinergy will automatically pick up the required pieces. . Note 2: The .assg file is hidden from the Macintosh. Consult the "Best Practices for Creating CT/LW for Input into Prinergy" document for tips on obtaining this file. Permanent fix: |
