Symptoms |
Prinergy is unable to retrieve some or any archived files. These files can be successfully retrieved using NTBackup |

Cause |
The araxi user on the server where the files are located does not have sufficient priviledges to write the security stream for these files. Security streams were not archived in the older araxi tape format but with MTF in Prinergy 2.1, we have started archiving this information. This may reveal some server misconfiguration problems. |

Solution |
Move the araxi user to the Backup Operators or Administrators group. This will assign that user with the right to change file ownership. Permanent fix: |
