Symptoms |
When viewing a TIFF file that has spot colors in Copydot Toolkit (CTK) 4.0, the traps are hidden. |

Cause |
In CTK 4.0, spot colors are opaque in the default view and will hide adjacent traps. | |
|
|
||
Solution |
To see the traps in CTK 4.0, change the setting under the View Menu to view opaque colors as transparent. To view spot colors as transparent: 1. While the file is opened for viewing in CTK, select View from the menu. A drop-down menu for the view options displays. 2. Click on Opaque Colors as Transparent. A check mark appears when the option is turned on. The view of the file now shows the spot colors as transparent and the traps that were hidden.
