Symptoms

The InSite Config Wizard and Pantone Library Wizard menu items in the Tools menu are grayed out.

Cause

Solution

The InSite Config Wizard and Pantone Library Wizard items are activated when the server is highlighted (use the mouse to select the server) in the Prinergy Administrator's Server list (the left hand window).

The Pantone Library Wizard menu item will only be activated when running the Prinergy Administrator on the Primary server.
