Symptoms |
The error message "File reference number error" is displayed from the mini-installer on a Mac with the Norton AntiVirus application running. Apple Script can't create the new MiniInstallerLog.log file to log the information because the Norton AntiVirus program doesn't allow for writing anything to the hard disk. |
