Error |

Symptoms |
On Windows only, sometimes Workshop appears to be frozen or locked up, and won't respond to any mouse clicks. |
Cause |
Sometimes, when a modal dialog comes up and the user switches to another Windows program and then back to the Workshop by clicking on a part of a window in the background, the window comes to the front, but not the modal dialog. Then, all key presses on the window are ignored because it wants you to deal with the modal dialog. | |

Solution |
Use ALT tab to switch to the Workshop. It will correctly put the modal dialog in the front. Alternatively, hit the ENTER key as it will be sent to the modal dialog dismissing it (but you won't know what it wanted you to do). Permanent fix: |
