Symptoms |
Prinergy fails to start on the newly configured failover server while it is running as a secondary. The Prinergy version is 3.1.0.0 or 3.1.0.1. The configepserver.log (in the failover server) has references to Araxi.inf, instead of config.txt. |

Cause |
There is a bug in configepserver.cmd in 3.1.0.0 and 3.1.0.1. When the Prinergy startup config file was changed from araxi.inf to config.txt, configepserver.cmd was not updated to handle this. | |

||
Solution |
Upgrade to 3.1.0.2. Alternatively, you can replace configepserver.cmd with the 3.1.0.2 version. Permanent fix: |
