"Unable to complete medium" error logged to DIAG log by Prinergy 2.0.7 Archiver. No other symptoms or indications of a problem appear. |

Cause |
The Windows 2000 RSM allows an application to "complete" a medium as a way of marking it as "full" or 'read-only". We added some code to do this, but overlooked that the medium has to be "idle" to be completed. | |

Ignore the error message. This will be fixed in Prinergy 2.1, and does not impact other functionality in any way. Permanent fix: |
