Symptoms |
When expanding servers in the "Shared Folders" tab of the UADM Configure Options dialog box, the share information for the servers is blank. The dialog is showing that there are no shares for the server even though there are actually shares on that server |

Cause |
Prinergy needs administrative priveleges on the machine in order to get the list of shares. If the account the prinergy server is running under does not have administrative priveleges on the machine expanded in UADM, then the server is assumed to have no shares so UADM shows the share list as being empty. |

ensure that the account the Araxi service is running under has administrative permissions on the machine being expanded in UADM. Permanent fix: |
