Symptoms |
Sampled images that should have a clipping path show up with a black background that knocks out anything beneath. Sampled images look very low-res when placed in Illustrator. |

Cause |
Samples created with “Mac Sample� preference ON (Windows platform) or “Windows Sample� OFF (Mac platform) will lose their clipping paths and show up in with a black background when placed. | |

Solution |
When using Sampler 3.7, make sure that the preferences are set so that a Windows Sample is created. Permanent fix: |
