Error |
When previewing artwork in Signapack, the preview does not show the artwork, but instead shows a grey box |
Symptoms |
Usually occurs when using Signapack version 7 with Separated PDFs that do not have a Black separation. |
Cause |
Signa assumes by default that all art files contain at least CMYK.If your file does not contain Black and you have selected Black as the separation to display, you will not see the proper preview because there is nothing to show. | |
Solution |
1. In the Montage window, deselect any colors that are not actually in the artwork files. 2. In the Signature window, under the "Scale and Color" menu, change the color from Black to a separation that is actually in the artwork. Permanent fix: |
