Cause |
The Export Process plan is set up with "Create Backwards Compatible Export" checked ON and the job contains some new features that will not work with previous versions of Prinergy. The Spotless option is one of these new features that is not compatible with older versions. You are also not able to use jobs that have colors with the "Treat as Black" flag enabled in a backwards compatible export. | |

Solution |
Uncheck the Backwards compatibility flag. The consequence is that only Prinergy systems that have the same update level will be able to import these jobs. Permanent fix: |
