Staccato screens don't show up in the list of available screens in DotShop Composer even though the Prinergy system has a license for Staccato and it is enabled on an Output JTP |

Cause |
The system has multiple Output JTPs but not all of them are licensed for Staccato. Typically the JTP that is first in the list when sorted alphabetically does not have a Staccto license and the first JTP is the only one that Composer is looking at. | |

Solution |
Upgrade to Prinergy 3.0.3.0 - OR- Reconfigure the Printer JTPs so that the first one alphabetically has Staccato enabled or rename the JTP that has Staccato so that it appears first alphabetically. Permanent fix: |
