The folder containing the required CMAP file has been deleted or permissions have been set so that it can't be read. This problem may also be caused by un-installing a previous version of Acrobat. | |

Upgrade to Prinergy 3.1.0.5 or later or to Prinergy Evo 3.2.6.1 or later Permanent fix: |
