Symptoms |
PDF files containing CID fonts fail during Refining or during Colormatched Output with the above error message. This only happens when the server hosting the JTP that failed does not have the full version of Acrobat installed on it (Not Reader) |
Cause |
Our PDF library is looking for the CMAP folder and due to a bug, cannot find it unless Acrobat is installed | |
Solution |
- Move the JTP to a server that has Acrobat installed on it or point the Process Template to a JTP running on a machine with Acrobat - Install Acrobat on the server that is having the problem. - Update to a version of Prinergy where this problem is fixed (Should be 3.0.3.1) Permanent fix: |
