Symptoms |
The geometry plug-in's pop-up menu that is supposed to show choices like All Pages shows items from the Acrobat Commenting or other menu when running Acrobat 7.0.7. |
Cause |
Acrobat and the geometry plug-in are competing for the same menu resources and Acrobat overrides the plug-in. | |

Solution |
This problem can usually be solved by removing the SepRepair plug-in from the Prinergy plug-ins folder. This plug-in is only useful when working with poorly created pre-separated files. There are two other possible solutions: 1. Upgrade to Prinergy 3.0.3, which installs PlateBuilder, PDF Compare, and PDF Merge. Their presence appears to mask the problem. 2. Remove the Acrobat Commenting or other plug-in menus that show up in the geometry plug-in. Permanent fix: |
