Symptoms |
When editing/creating an output process plan, the screening parameters are blank. |

Cause |
The screening parameters are stored in a file that gets generated everytime an output JTP is started/re-started. Sometimes, the file is not complete and this results in the drop-down lists in the process plan being blank. | |

||
Solution |
Re-starting the relevant output JTP (proofing, Print Console, etc.) will cause the parameter file to be re-generated. This usually works the first time but if it doesn't work the first time, then try deleting the contents of the following folder (\CreoAraxi\data\DeviceAndServices\DynamicParameters) and restart Prinergy.
