Cause |
The process plans shipped with Prinergy 1.0 and 1.1 for the 8-up Spectrum were incorrect. The cut sheet dimension was set 30x40; the correct dimensions are 29x39, one inch difference. When the image is centred to the larger size and imaged, you lose 1/2 inch on the following edge. | |

Solution |
Change the size in the layout section of the process plan to 29 width and 39 height. Note that it's portrait orientation and this is correct. The TIFF download will rotate it by 90 degrees automatically. The 4-up process plans are not affected. Permanent fix: Prinergy 2.0 |
