Symptoms |
When you launch NT Disk Administrator, it does a SCSI bus reset and interrupts active archives. All the queued archives must be resubmitted. |

Cause |
Some code in the Prinergy Archiver (EmulatedRSMService.exe and the PArchRetJTP.exe) are not very fault tolerant to power-on-resets (POR) of the SCSI bus they are monitoring. | |
|

||
Solution |
Do not use Disk Administrator when archives are active. Permanent fix: Prinergy 2.0 |
