Symptoms |
Prinergy Administator reports cannot connect to DASS. Prinergy Administator does not list any JTPs. Each process take a little longer to start up than usual. The system seems to work; all processes are running. Device and Services daemon responds when you arxping it. |

Solution |
In the network control panel, select the TCP/IP protocol. In the DNS tab, ensure the hostname is lower case. Restart the system. Permanent fix: Prinergy 1.1 |
