The device orientation in the PPD is incorrect. | |

Solution |
The Generate PPD menu is disabled in the Delta version of Print Console. As a result, you can’t set the orientation to Landscape through the GUI. You must modify the registry to enable the GUI HKLM\Software\Creo\PrintConsole\V1.0\HeidelbergGUI to 0. When generating the PPD, ensure that it is set to Landscape. Permanent fix: |
