Symptoms |
On secondaries or renderstation the JTP starts normally but it does not process. The job status is active but there is no progress. |

Cause |
TCP/IP network performance is very poor. It cannot communicate, transfer data fast enough with the Primary server. | |

Solution |
Use Netperf utility or perfmon to confirm network performance. Check the full/half duplex setting on the network adapter card driver. There are no hard and fast rules for which setting is best. It depends on the switch and how it is configured. Permanent fix: Prinergy 1.1 |
