Cannot delete user defined folders in Prinergy Administrator. No errors reported but if you open configured servers again the folders have not been deleted. |

1. Open the registry editor and browse to HKLM\software\creo\araxi\1.0.12BLD169\default\jobd. 2. Modify the value UserDefinedJobFolders. 3. Folder names are delimited by ";". Delete the names of the unwanted folders. Permanent fix: |
