Symptoms

You are unable to start Prinergy; there's a shorter list of processes in Prinergy Administrator than usual.

You are unable to "View Licensed Options"; it reports an error:

"Failed to parse Versioned Licensable Features Definition File (VLFDF). Error occurred on line number:0"

Diagnostic Log reports the following:

Cause

The server service failed to start and therefore no shares are available.

Solution

Ensure the server service is started.

If the AraxiHome share is missing, recreate the share on the Prinergy directory.
