Symptoms

Prinergy Administrator reports an error when trying to configure the system:

Error getting the retain parameters: Error: Incorrect results were collected from the database. (UDAM_ConfigHistLog::OnInitDialog)

Cause

Solution

Check the following files in C:\ora816\network\admin:

1) tnsnames.ora

2) listener.ora

HOST should = the Primary server's hosts name. Note that this is case-sensitive.

Modify the file as required.
