Error |

Symptoms |
Freehand CMYK objects are painted in black when exported as RGB EPS and normalized or distilled with Prinergy Distiller plug-in. |
Cause |
The file was not exported correctly. It should have been exported as a CMYK EPS. This is a bug in Prinergy Normalizer and Prinergy Distiller plug-in. | |
Solution |
Correct the Freehand file by re-exporting the file as CMYK. If the file was placed in a layout program, rewrite the PostScript. Alternatively, you can distill the file without the Prinergy Distiller plug-in before adding the file in Prinergy. Permanent fix: |
