Symptoms |
CIP3 preview files are left in the AraxiHome\CreoAraxi\data\CIP3-Preview Files folder. |

Cause |
In certain cases where plates are cancelled, CIP3 preview files are left in the system drive. This has been fixed and will be in the next release, 2.0.7. The normal behavior will be that Prinergy will try to connect to the FTP server 3 times per file. If it fails, it will automatically delete the files. In addition, the files will also be compressed so that they will take up less room. | |

Solution |
Ensure “delete file after FTP completes� is enabled in the output process plan. Delete the old files. Permanent fix: Prinergy 2.0 |
