Symptoms		Image partially rendered when using TIFF with LZW output to 3rd Party output device. The file previews fine with Copydot Toolkit.

Cause		This problem was first detected with an AGFA Excalibur device. The AGFA RIP was not able to decompress Prinergy TIFF files with LZW compression. The plate was partially rendered. Although a little slower to process, the RIP was able to handle G4 compressed TIFFs.

Solution		Install Prinergy update 2.0.7.15, or use G4 compression. Permanent fix: Prinergy 2.0
