Symptoms |
When refining a thin PDF, the page geometry, Trim/Bleed/Art boxes are lost when OPI is enabled. No errors are reported in Prinergy Workshop. |
Cause |
Thin PDF is generally not a preferred workflow because distilling the thin file does not preflight the high-resolution data. Pre-distilling the file does not add confidence that the file will process with the high-resolution data embedded. | |

Solution |
There are two possible solutions: A. Refine the thin PostScript file and OPI in Prinergy. B. Embed the images in the PostScript file and either distill or refine the file. This problem will be addressed in Prinergy 2.1 Permanent fix: |
