Symptoms |
This problem should not be visible to the user since system history is not visible in workshop and very unlikely the mis-converted id matches a job or action. |

|
||
Cause |
Theres a bug with converting ASCII hex string to system object Id in Prinergy 2.0.7. History that is logged against the system object id is logged against a different id since the conversion from the hex constant into an id is done incorrectly. This affects user aborts of global operations ie. archive, restore, purge, job import, job export. |

Solution |
This problem will not have any ill affects on the system's operation. Upgrading to 2.1 will fix the problem. Permanent fix: |
