Symptoms

Loose page output fails when selecting page from Page View and if the input file was refined with "Treat Inputs Files as Flats".

Performing a Get Info on the page shows Trim Size as N/A.

Cause

Solution

To output the page, select the page from the Page Set View, Imposition View or output an imposed proof.

Since this is a single page imposition, loose page and imposed output are the same.
