Symptoms |
Unable to login to the Primary server from a Macintosh workshop after update to 2.1.0.6 |
Cause |
Orbicus is passing back a hostname and the Macintosh is not able to resolve the it. It should be passing back an IP address. | |
Solution |
At Prinergy startup, checknetworkconfig script is run to set the orbicus configuration in the registry to the current IP address. For whatever reason this is not working. Modify the following registry values :
HKLM\Software\OOC\Properties\ooc\imr admin_endpoint forward_endpoin slave_endpoint KLM\Software\OOC\Properties\ooc\oa endpoint Change the host name to IP address. Permanent fix: |
