Job toolbar is not display when creating a job with template job (Workaround)

Symptoms		When creating a job from a template job, that includes a job toolbar, the initial job manager window does not display the toolbar.

Cause		Possible slow update of SFM (services for mac) on the server.

Solution		Refresh the job Managers view. OR Close and re-open the job manager Permanent fix:
